1. Smoke Alarm Safety Check (Annually)

Performed by our technicians in line with AS 3786 and the Building Code of Australia.

Includes:

  • Testing for power, functionality, and sound level

  • Battery replacement (including 10-year lithium)

  • Expiry check and replacement if needed

  • Cleaning and inspection for dust, insects, and blockages

  • Compliance certificate and digital report

2. Electrical Safety Check (Every 2 Years)

Required by law. Conducted by a licensed electrician.

Includes:

  • Visual inspection of switchboard and circuits

  • Testing of all power points, light switches, and fittings

  • Safety switch (RCD) testing

  • Check of supplied electrical appliances (e.g., ovens, rangehoods)

  • Identification of hazards and rectification advice

3. Gas & Plumbing Safety Check (Every 2 Years)

Conducted by a licensed gas plumber, as required for properties with gas appliances.

Includes:

  • Gas appliance inspection and servicing

  • Carbon monoxide testing (per Energy Safe Victoria standards)

  • Leak detection, ventilation checks

  • Visual inspection of taps, toilets, drains, hot water systems

  • Pressure and flow rate testing

4. General Building Compliance

Covers Victoria’s minimum rental standards, including structural and amenity checks.
