What We Inspect – Our Compliance Services
1. Smoke Alarm Safety Check (Annually)
Performed by our technicians in line with AS 3786 and the Building Code of Australia.
Includes:
Testing for power, functionality, and sound level
Battery replacement (including 10-year lithium)
Expiry check and replacement if needed
Cleaning and inspection for dust, insects, and blockages
Compliance certificate and digital report
2. Electrical Safety Check (Every 2 Years)
Required by law. Conducted by a licensed electrician.

Visual inspection of switchboard and circuits

4. General Building Compliance
